If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least **48 hours before your event** so we can do our best to accommodate you. A **non-refundable retainer fee** is required to reserve your date and time. Cancellations made **within 12 hours of the event** will incur a **35% charge of the total service fee**.
